  Does anyone know how to contact head office? My partner and I bought charity auction memberships for the gym at Berowra. At the end I signed up but my partner decided not to. Staff then chose to double bill my credit card assuming my partner would want to join. She didnt nor did she do any paperwork etc. The guys told me she gave them a verbal contract which is total lies after I asked them to produce the joining paperwork which I'm sure you know is standard. Worse what I though would be and easy fix for an honest mistake, they are refusing to payback and are trying to negotiate an amount so I'm forced to deal with the bank or small claims. Its all ridiculous so I'm trying new ways to reach out to head office as I know you guys often monitor these post. Any help would be appreciated.
